How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days depending on your country. A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders over $75. Below that amount, a flat shipping fee applies based on your destination.
Are the beauty devices suitable for all skin types?
The vast majority of our devices are designed for all skin types — normal, oily, dry, combination and sensitive. Each product page specifies the compatible skin types and any precautions. When in doubt, consult your dermatologist.
How often should I use the LED mask?
We recommend 15 minutes per day for the first 4 weeks (intensive phase), then 3 to 4 times a week for maintenance. Visible results appear after 4 weeks of regular use.
When will I see results?
First results typically appear between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the device and your skin type. The gua sha and ice roller provide immediate effects (drainage, radiance). Microcurrent devices and LED masks show cumulative results over 4 to 8 weeks.
Can I use the devices during pregnancy?
We advise against using microcurrent devices and LED masks during pregnancy as a precaution, although no formal contraindication has been established. Please consult your doctor before use. The gua sha, ice roller and eye patches are safe.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return an unused product in its original packaging. For devices, if you've tried the product and aren't satisfied with the results after 30 days, contact us at support@glowvault.store — we'll find a solution.
How do I clean and care for the beauty devices?
Clean the contact heads after each use with a cotton pad soaked in isopropyl alcohol. Store the gua sha and roller in their pouch away from heat. Electric devices must not be submerged — wipe with a damp cloth only.
Are payments secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's leading online payment platforms. Your banking details never pass through our servers.
What payment methods do you accept?
